Use OutCue for your own safe exit.
OutCue is designed to send one selected cue to a phone number you control. These terms keep the service aligned with that purpose.
Your phone and consent
You may schedule a cue only to your own phone or a phone you are authorized to use. You must complete phone verification and expressly consent to the selected one-time SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of future messages from the sending number.
Fixed cue library
OutCue offers 20 fixed cue messages across four social situations. You cannot create, upload, or send custom anonymous text through the service. Do not attempt to bypass verification, message limits, or other safeguards.
Timing and availability
Selected delays are estimates. Mobile carriers and service providers can delay, filter, or fail to deliver SMS. A scheduled cue cannot be canceled after it enters the delivery queue, and OutCue does not guarantee delivery at an exact time.
Safety limitation
OutCue is a social exit aid, not an emergency service or a substitute for safety planning. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number and contact someone you trust when it is safe to do so.
Acceptable use
Do not use OutCue for harassment, deception intended to harm, unlawful conduct, impersonation, spam, or messages to someone else. Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, carriers, or the service.
Changes
The service, message library, availability, and these terms may change as OutCue improves or as carrier and legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
